Refund policy

60-day wear test

Wear hueme for up to 60 days from the day your order arrives. If it doesn't blend into your skin the way you hoped, we'll refund you. Opened sticks are fine: that's the point of a wear test.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@huemebeauty.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Bundles are refunded for the price you paid. Free gifts (such as the travel pouch) don't need to be sent back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Limits

One wear-test refund per customer. Gift cards and orders bought from third-party resellers aren't covered.
