Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

We ship free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. There's no minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2–7 business days after they ship. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are shown at checkout where possible. If they aren't, they're collected by the carrier on delivery.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@huemebeauty.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.
